If you are not satisfied with HIRESSCOPE for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. Email us at [email protected] and we will process your refund promptly.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request the refund within 14 calendar days of your first payment for that subscription period
  • Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service
  • This is the first refund request for the same subscription type

2. How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to submit a refund request:

Use the email address associated with your HIRESSCOPE account.

Include your account details

Provide your registered email address, company name (for employer accounts), and the approximate purchase date.

Brief reason (optional)

While not required, sharing why you'd like a refund helps us improve the product.

Wait for confirmation

Our billing team will respond within 1 business day and process the refund within 5–10 business days.

3. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement. All payments are processed via Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • The 14-day refund window has passed
  • The account has been terminated for violating the Terms of Service
  • Refund has already been issued for the same subscription period
  • Partial refunds for unused portion of a billing period after 14 days
  • One-time add-ons or usage-based charges beyond the subscription

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Billing settings page. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — refund requests must be made separately via email within the 14-day window.
